Refund and Returns Policy
Until an order has shipped from https://greenwaterfashion.com, a User may cancel it in its entirety or in part.
The User will be able to monitor the delivery status of the Products after placing an order on the Platform and receiving a unique tracking identification number from https://greenwaterfashion.com once the Product(s) have been transferred to its Logistic Partner.
RETURN / REFUND POLICIES
1)Defective merchandise will be promptly replaced within 7 business days once a request is made through our customer care team via email or phone call. To report any defects, kindly send an email within 3 days of receiving the damaged product, including product images, to mdnaseem.mn66@gmail.com
2)In the case of Water Bottles being defective, please notify us via email on the day of delivery, specifying the number of damaged bottles and attaching product pictures to mdnaseem.mn66@gmail.com The refund for damaged glass water bottles will be credited to the consumer’s account within 7 working days upon approval of the refund request by company.
3)For pre-paid orders, any cancellations will result in refunds processed through the original payment method.
